Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator/Client Relations Specialist. The Front Office Coordinator/Client Relations Specialist is a vital position within the firm responsible for providing administrative support to lawyers, legal assistants and clients. We are seeking a professional and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays highly organized, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, while overseeing and coordinating all front desk operations
  • Answering and routing incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Coordinating and managing the client intake process from initial contact to onboarding
  • Scheduling appointments, consultations and meetings
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document scanning
  • Processing client payments efficiently and accurately through handling of cash and point of sale system
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to legal assistants as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all client communications

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in reception, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the legal field
  • Knowledge of business and legal terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Zoom
  • Exposure to Clio, Net Documents and Soluno is considered an asset
